It’s simply a gentle structure to help you sit down, focus, and get moving again. I’ll give you guidance, prompts, and support, but you’re still in charge of what you do inside each session. And that’s a good thing – you’re not competing with anyone, just creating a bit of progress at your own pace. This isn’t a magic fix, just a simple system you can return to whenever you need a reset.
